SmartyPig Announces New ACH Redemption Option And More!

You've asked and we've listened. It's finally here! SmartyPig customers now have the option of sending the funds from their stopped goal back into their existing funding source via ACH. When you close your goal, you'll now have three unique options but with one enhancement: This new process will eliminate requesting a check. You can choose to place your savings plus interest on a pre-loaded SmartyPig MasterCard® Debit Card, Best-In-Class Retail Gift Card or the funds can be transferred back to your existing checking or savings account (ACH). All options are at no additional cost!

We have a few other features we are debuting, as well. A customer suggested we add a "Add New Goal" link to the Savings Accounts page. So we did! Here's a shot of what it looks like on my own account.

In the "Manage" section of your savings account, you can now track interest accrued by goal for the current quarter here…

And we've included a new report in your "Account Activity" called "ACH" where you can monitor all your ACH activity for a given goal.
