My mom’s birthday is coming up and a Macy’s gift card would be the perfect gift. Transfering $200 out of one of my SmartyPig goals and onto a Macy’s gift card is a cinch. And selfishly, I know my $200 gift card will award me with 11% cash back for a movie date for my husband and me. Pretty great, right? Well, this sweet deal just got sweeter.
If I had purchased my Macy’s gift card last week, I would have been charged a minimal processing fee from SmartyPig. The processing fee was in place to take care of shipping and fulfillment, you know, the costs that incur to get the card to you. Yesterday, the head honchos (in their jeans and sneakers) at SmartyPig decided it was time to waive that fee. Yippee! Why not celebrate by cashing out to a Retailer Gift Card today?
