Beta Testing Underway

Welcome to the SmartyPig Beta Test! Thank you for your interest in SmartyPig and for agreeing to participate in this very exciting stage of our company's development. For the time being, we ask that you keep your knowledge of our company, and the password we've provided you, private. We are planning to go live early next month, but until then, what you see here is not yet intended for release to the general public.

So what is Beta testing? For a company like SmartyPig, beta testing is just one of several stages that describe the development of our Web site before we open it to the general public. Each major version of a product (whether it be software or a Web site) usually goes through a stage when new features are added, or the alpha stage (which we have completed); a stage when it is being actively debugged, or the beta stage (this one you are participating in); and finally, a stage when all bugs/issues have been removed, or the stable stage (when SmartyPig is released to the public).

We greatly appreciate your time and are hoping you share with us any problems you experience using the SmartyPig Web site, as well as any ideas to make SmartyPig better or easier to use. We want to go to market with the most innovative, secure and fun savings initiative ever, so we welcome any and every piece of feedback we receive.

Our phone number is 515-256-2086 and you can reach us through e-mail at mferrari@smartypig.com and jgaskell@smartypig.com. We look forward to hearing from you. And again, thank you for your time and interest in SmartyPig!

Sincerely,
Mike Ferrari & Jon Gaskell
Co-Founders
